The Skipper will decide if the weather is good enough to go out.

If the trip is cancelled due to bad weather then any deposit will be refunded or transferred to the next booking at the angler's discretion.

The skipper reserves the right to change the type of trip depending on the weather conditions.

If the angler does not keep this booking or does not turn up in time for the departure of the boat the deposit will be forfeited and the angler will be expected to pay the balance in full amount unless the space is taken by another angler.

No claim will be accepted against the Skipper for cancellation due to illness, breakdown or any event beyond the Skipper's control.

Please pay for any of the boat's tackle you may loose.
